Patty was amazing! She really helped and explained everything so i can understand as a first time renter. When we came in to rent a unit, we had an amazing conversation and made me feel like family. I will definitely recommend this place. Get this amazing lady a raise ASAP!!

A women was so awfuly rude, two people walk in without mask, she tells them only one person without a mask can be in the building , so one go outside and holds the door open to listen to conversation, she stated that he could leave or go get a mask, even though CDC made it official to not wear mask in establishments . Also basically yelled at the one paying for the uhaul that if the uhaul does not have insurance he will have to cover (thats fine!) but he proceeds to tell her i pay for “rental insurance on my car regaular car insurance company saying whatever im driving it will be covered” and the girl said NO you dont!!! She was awful and rude and will not be returning to this facility for any reason .
