  Consolidated Moving Services came through big for me. I usually don't write 5 star reviews on my competitors but I have to give credit where credit is due. My truck wasn't starting one day at the end of the month due to a large interstate job which exceeded the truck's weight capacity. The truck drove a long distance carrying more weight than it can handle and the next day it wasn't starting. I had a job booked and couldn't cancel. My other trucks were out on other jobs so I called Anthony from CMS and he got a truck and crew ready in 30 minutes, honored my rates and did a great job for my client (even faster than my original estimate). Very grateful for the quality of service CMS offers and would recommend them to my friends and family. Great job guys!!

  DO NOT BOOK!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Initial conversations were pleasant and they promised the world. However the services received were terrible and not timely. Three movers were booked, only two were scheduled and showed up 4 hours later than the time we were given. Movers were not careful and did not package all items to protect them from getting damaged. We let some things go, however the two items damaged we wanted some sort of compensation for as they were more expensive. We did not want all of it covered just something to cover us replacing it. James advised he submitted to their claims department, no one ever called. Since July several emails and calls were placed right after the move happened. No one ever called me back nor acknowledged the situation. Just received a call from his brother, I would think the owner and was extremely rude and said there is nothing we can do at this point. then clicked the phone.

  We hired Consolidated Moving Services for our move from Hackensack to Edgewater.They were very competitive in their rates and even dropped off boxes early so I could prep & pack before the big day. . On moving day - Daren & Mario were Amazing.I couldn’t of moved without them.We were so happy the way they wrapped all of our furniture from top to bottom.They showed great team work with the rest of the crew.I must say I hate the whole Moving thing. This was our 4th move and hopefully the last one for a while.We would highly recommend this company if you are relocating or moving.
