  We had this wonderful company come to our home today and pack all our belongings on a truck to be moved across the country. The work was done very well and quite efficiently. From the moment I contacted this company I was impressed with the pleasant nature of the conversation. The excellent communication started then and continued all the way through our service. We were so impressed with the timely emails that informed us of all the details of the work to be done and when it was to happen. A very high recommendation to use this company for your moving needs is something we are happy to give. Thank you again Cook’s

  We found Cooks one and Done through uhual and hired them to assist with unloading our moving truck and scheduled the job about a month before our move. We talked over details, items in the truck, and weights of the items to determine we needed a four man crew. Two days before the move I contacted Cook's by email to verify that everything was set and never received an email back. The day before the move I called Cook's to verify the move since I hadn't received an email back. Monica asked questions like "What service did you hire us for?", "What day?", "What address?", "What type of items are being moved?" After that she confirmed that we were all set. It felt a little off but I figured she wasn't in a place to reference her file. The morning of the move I receive an email at 4:45 am asking to verify the address and provide a list of large items. Again, we had talked this over in detail but I figured it was standard practice to make sure they had the right equipment along so I sent them all the info. They were supposed to be at our house at 10 am but at 8:30 am I received an email from Monica saying that due to an emergency they had to cancel and would refund my payment. I emailed back to ask if they had any other availability (since it was too short of notice to book anywhere else for that day) and they never responded. Upon reading through their reviews in multiple places online it appears we aren't the only ones to have received a same day cancelation so we will avoid this company in the future.

  Mike and his crews were awesome! They were running late due to unforeseen issues at their previous job, but provided an extra crew for me to meet a time deadline. They also waited patiently for the truck to arrive next day for unloading. Not a thing broken or out of place. Always friendly, courteous and professional. I wish everyone I ever dealt with professionally was like Cook's. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help in any of their areas of expertise.
