  I highly recommend this company! They were professional from the estimate to the movers. They were able to take care of all our moving needs. They showed up promptly. They took extra care to protect our things and our homes. It was the smoothest process I've ever experience with a company. I plan to use them for any of future moves.

  Jerry & Sean & Jesus (especially Jerry & Sean) were great and took very good care of our move! They were very professional and careful and worked very hard and fast in.taking care of things! Would recommend these guys for your next move! Arnold the sales guy was pretty good too!

  We recently used Craddock for two phases of a move to our home in Fort Worth. I could not be happier with the result. They did a great job in loading our items and delivery. They were very flexible with our move dates as our schedule for the build was very fluid for a while and delayed by 4 months. I was particularly impressed with the staff. Kirsten and Deborah did a great job on estimating costs and making sure our needs were met without all the extra sales drama we got from another company. The supervisor for the pick up and delivery was wonderful with informing me of what was going on and putting items where we requested. Kirsten even cam the day our stuff was picked up to verify the work was done to our satisfaction. They were very timely and worked very hard. Even when a piano bench was inadvertantly broken, they were quick to note the damage and have the item repaired by their team. Karen in the repair section was wonderful in getting to me when the item was repaired. Deborah even delivered the item in person to our home. There was not drama or quibbling, just great customer service. i get the feeling that their staff does not consider any task too menial and pitches in to serve the customer. I would recommend the entire team without hesitation. I was also very happy that our items were stored for 4 months in facility owned and operated by Craddock. If I recall, this is a local company and is very much worthy of their business. i wish the builder had told us about Craddock but I am glad I found them nonetheless.
