Easy to work with. Dealt with my many questions at random times with patience and professionalism. The crew that came to my offices to haul away what was being shipped were absolute gentlemen and FAST workers. Message from the business that I shipped all of my items to said: "boxes were finely wrapped and had corner bumpers installed, so professionally prepared in every way and there is no damage at all to the boxes." Would absolutely do business with them again the next time I need to ship a large quantity of items.

Destroyed my shipment. "Joel" (woman) assured me all would be "perfect" with ship of very rare utility trailer. Opted for total loss insurance (price was too high already). "Crew" (read idiots) destroyed unreplaceable fender trying to get on full box truck. Have seller's statement who emailed me about possible damage. Joel denied saying was just "nicks" (have email). Then went ahead and processed cc knowing about damage. Kept telling me I had "total loss" only. On opening ship, found they had dropped trailer on side, totally destroying left fender (replacement cost = 950 + paint+ labor+ other). She LIED, REPEAT LIED, telling me that's the way they picked it up. HaH! had 15 miles on it. Even have original tire sticker on it!!!! AVOID THESE IDIOTS AND LIARS AT ALL COSTS
