  Really appreciated the service provided by everyone involved in our 600 mile move out of state. “Chuckwagon” did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was packed correctly to prevent damage and was a “take charge” force to keep things moving to meet the schedule. Chris assisted with packing and hauling everything out to the truck. Rodney and Glen were great loading the truck with care but also strategic in placement so it all got on the one truck. No small feat! Tom drove the truck and unloaded at the destination with help from locals. He made sure everything was put exactly where we requested and that it was all in great condition. We were impressed by the whole crew! Their dedication and hard work allowed for a smooth move. I would highly recommend Cross Town Movers of Medford!

  My wife and I hired crosstown movers and we’re very pleased that we did. Not only did I save my back, but ChuckWagon and Michael did an amazing job. They were both kind, friendly, and focused on getting the job done. Actually, getting the job done right is more accurate. They very carefully packed the truck to ensure no damage would happen. Nothing did happen. I would suggest my friends and family hire these guys, and ask for chuck wagon and Michael. Good fellas. At the end of the day the price was great. Much better bang for your buck than just getting a uhaul and trusting your buddies and coworkers to move your stuff without breaking it. Also, they were done with our 3bed, 2 bath house packed up, moved, and unloaded from 9:30-1:30. Unreal. 10/10 would do again.

  We had scheduled movers to arrive at 9 am to unload a truck of antiques into our hotel. They arrived at 10:40 am, looked at the load and where it was being moved into and then dissappeared into their truck for a while. Once they came back out, they said that they had another customer they had to unload with a very small amount of items and would be back in about an hour. Astonished, they left and we waited. We had contractors waiting on us being complete so they could start their prospective jobs... Around 3:30pm they called and left a message asking if we still wanted them to come!!!????? UMMMM YES??? I didn't see the message until around 3:45pm. I called them back immediately and they said "well we just figured you didn't want us so we are already headed back to Medford." I was bewildered!!! My partner and I ended up unloading the entire load of furniture ourselves. The service in Eugene is stellar but NOT SO MUCH in Medford.
