They are a horrible storage facility. After issues getting ahold of them, my unit having it's lock cut, cops called due to the theft from my unit and repeated emails - we have yet to receive a call or email back. Tried for weeks to call and notify them that due to health issues we were unable to move our stuff out BUT we are STILL PAYING our unit so it should be protected like everyone else in there. They screen calls and ignore renters. They have STILL not contacted me since having my unit broken into, they could care less about the renters and property in their units. I'd give a lower star if I could

Gone down hill since new owners... Yes they did good fixing the place up but you I can Never get ahold of anyone by Phone and NO one ever returns a phone call. Do not recommend this storage company... They need new managers or someone to at least answer and return calls...
