  Not particularly happy with space location. In back and in main driveway for RV's. I wanted an indoor space and they had none back when we originally rented it. No call and offer to relocate inside when an air-conditioned space opened up either. But we will use them until the end of hurricane season and then find another place with an indoor space. I went to set up a table and go through mom's life boxes. Not doing that on the side of a busy Outdoor road after toting her stuff for 21 years. They also change the price monthly according to what everyone else is charging in town. I don't care for this approach. I prefer to know what my monthly bill will be at the beginning of the month. They don't care enough to even email what the months charge will be on the first. They wait till your bill is due to tell you the price. Wasn't even an exhaust fan in that space. This is East Florida, near the Atlantic Ocean! It had to be 110° to 115° in that space with high humidity. The closet bag was full of water after only a month. It was so hot and moist that the boxes are collapsing on each other and he put the light ones on top. All I can say is I'm thankful that I didn't send the pictures to this place. Thus far all I know is destroyed is the funeral, wedding and event dried flowers I have been saving for 39 years. I had planned to make a set of shadow boxes for my dinning room from them when I turned 50 in a few years.🙄

  Jessica and her team were amazing - they assisted us with so many things. They all went above and beyond. We had two units due to a construction project, and have begun another new home construction and will definitely be renting with Jessica again.

  Only drawback is the rent increases. Otherwise then that its a great place to put your belongings. I highly recommend you get a climate controlled unit TRUST ME!! You’ll thank me later!
