At the time of this review I have been in the storage space for just a few days, so this review is about my rental experience. The store manager, Brittany, is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable , and friendly. I ordered my first unit online and called a couple of times to clarify details. She was always helpful and thorough. When I arrived she walked me through everything and made sure things were going well with my movers. When I required a second space, she was able to assist me in finding a unit near my first one and took care of all the details for me. From a customer service standpoint a top notch experience. The units (mine are the outside garage access) are climate controlled, swept from prior tenants, and spacious. Overall a great experience.

Nice facility, but monthly costs have changed 3 times in the last year for the same unit. The excuse I received is that it is due to demand. Can’t be that much demand as the majority of the units seem empty, based on the company lock on each unit. I have two identical units side by side, rented I within 1 week of each other, yet one is costing $45 more each month, and the management cannot explain other than it must be demand. Turn over of front office personnel is high, you never know who the manager is going to be unless you are in there week to week.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit with Nick and Carmencita. They did a wonderful job explaining my options then giving me a tour. We are looking at signing up for a multi-year commitment. The facility is very clean and well lit. I recommend people check out CubeSmart before renting from any other facility.
