Unit had a car in it prior to us renting it. Oil and trans fluid all over the floor. When I contacted the manager, she said, we can’t offer you another unit for the same price, even though we have three sites where there are open 10x20 units. We don’t “price match!” It’s the same company, managing three different locations out of one location. “We can refund your money.” Not going to help after I drove 35 minutes with a full pickup truck dragging a trailer. Found the Montanus Self Storage in Culpeper, VA, with clean 10x20 units for the same price. I wouldn’t recommend Cube Smart as a place to store your items.

Staff was awesome at the Culpeper, VA site. They went above and beyond to help me with my needs. First unit was too small, second too large then we switch to their other site and they had the perfect size I needed. Could not ask for better service from KATIE & JOEY. Thank you !!!
