The staff are excellent. I just rented a second unit. I told the staff that I will be using the two units for two years plus. I wish that Cube Smart would offer a plan for a discount or stabilized rates for long term unit rentals.

This was the first time I’ve used climate-controlled storage and I LOVED it! Checking in and checking out were very smooth transactions, did it all online. The facility was clean and secure. The doors to the unit opened and closed very easily. I did have go into the office a couple of times and the lady there (sorry, can’t remember her name) was very polite and helpful. I will definitely use CubeSmart again if I ever need storage and will highly recommend you.

Fast and easy to do everything online to get setup. Receptionist was very nice too when I arrive for instructions.
