The team was great about explaining my options for storage and walking me through the policies to start. I was relocating, very quickly, after accepting a new job in a different state and had a long list of things to worry about and get done in a short amount of time. Your team made this step of that process very easy. It took us way longer than expected to get back to come to get our things and I always received email updates if I missed a payment or was late. A perfect amount of reminders without spamming my inbox constantly. The facility was always clean and I never had any issues! Thanks so much.

All was well until I had to walk 5 miles to view my unit. Not quite 5 miles but a heads up to the journey would have been nice. The office is clean, unit space and hallways clean, customer service crispy clean! Thanks for making the my move seamless💋
