I've only met Lisa and think she's the whole company! She knew my name right off the bat and showed impressive customer care. Especially when my new door wouldn't work well; she was super responsive and got it fixed herself! This seems to be a great location because of her. I believe she told me she's been with CubeSmart for 14 years?! Thank you, Lisa!!!

I was helped today by Lisa Pribble and her service was absolutely excellent. She answered every question I had and helped me very quickly. The service itself is reasonable and the insurance plans they offer aren't outrageous as long as you aren't storing anything beyond the limit, with the 35% off monthly storage and the insurance my monthly payment is a little over $50.

Lisa was extremely helpful! She stopped by our storage unit a few times throughout the morning as we sorted boxes and she always had a smile and a friendly comment. She had suggestions about where to take the empty boxes for recycling and other helpful ideas. Thank you, Lisa!
