The Custom Moverrs Services team was exceptional in every way. Their customer service was top notch and kept me informed of every step along the way from scheduling through the actual work through the final invoice. The team was professional, competent, and efficient as they worked to assist me. They also asked for feedback and were in constant contact. They seem to be a company that cares about the quality of their work and the experience of their customers. Highly recommend them!

Never use this service at all. Very lousy and terrible job plus sky rocketing charge. They are supposedly servicing the disassembly and moving our piano but not even half way through of the job was done. They left everfor the movers to finish the disassemble and charge you as if the job is completely done. When you question them of the charges, they are so arrogant and very insisting. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE! There are more reputable and dependable. Not recommended!

Did not complete our job. Never followed up. They were contracted by Colonial. Their people came to our office to reassemble what they had disassembled, and left without completing the work. Beware, my experience was the same as others here and in YELP reviews. If you work with Colonial, also TERRIBLE, DO NOT let them contract your work to CMS. Buyer beware.
