Rented a unit and paid movers to bring my stuff just for us to be locked outside for over 1 hour. The kiosk is useless and customer service could not get ahold of the manager. THEY LOST MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I PAID 2 MONTHS RENT ($200 A MONTH). I HAD TO PAY THE MOVERS $145 AN HOUR TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

If you have a problem, DO NOT USE THE KIOSK. They are not local and give incorrect info. Call the phone number on the sign! Wes was very helpful and courteous.
