  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The crew that unloaded our move was careful and considerate, and worked very well as a team. Our move was challenging, as we are moving into a smaller home, but the crew was very patient in helping deliver our goods as efficiently and safely as possible.

  This was the best move we’ve ever had. All of the workers were great. The driver, Earl, was outstanding. They were always on time and worked hard. Shiela, the estimator/coordinator was very helpful and made the whole thing easy. Unless they provide service to our next destination, Heaven, this will be our last move, but we’d recommend them to anyone else.

  IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company. Showed up hours late every day. First day of the move, during COVID-19, said they did not have masks with them. We called their front office, and manager informed us the movers were just lying to us and did have masks. Damaged walls, door frames, stairwell, carpets during move. Did not use blankets/sheets/protective pads when packing our items. Told us, “they do that later” but never did. Refused to put down floor runners to protect floors and continued to walk through grass of front lawn even after we asked them to stop, tracking dirt/mud into house. Had to hire professional carpet cleaners after. They broke our door handle and tried to hide it by putting it back on door. However when we opened door and popped right off, it was obvious. First guy asked said “oh ya about...” then their team lead cut him off and said that wasn’t them. Worst part, they wouldn’t take ownership of any of the damages they cost us. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. LIED SEVERAL TIMES, BROKE STUFF, REFUSED TO WEAR MASKS (SAFETY CONCERN), and just completely unprofessional. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY if you want to prevent a headache!

  I apologize that you felt your move was not completed to your satisfaction. I have checked on your household goods, and they are all wrapped and padded correctly in storage. The crew did use their equipment appropriately. The crew was also provided face masks, gloves, and Lysol wipes. A form was given to the individual onsite stating they would wear mask, gloves, and clean any items touched as needed. I know that you were unavailable during the move, and therefor may not have received this form yourself. Please speak with your representative concerning this, as it was provided each day of the move. As for the any damage to your home, I cannot accept responsibility when it was not addressed during the move or immediately after the move. In fact we were not notified for several days, and another moving company had been at you house during the same time. I do not see how you could state the damage came from our company when you were not onsite during the move, and another company had been in your home as well.
