  I spent 32 years in the Army and moved 15 times and I wish Daryl Flood had moved me every time. Great coordination and communication with Jen at the main office. Zero loss or damage of our HHG even after 6 months in storage. The best part was Team Ricky (Jeff, Pedro, Joe) was exceptional with the offload and unpacking. Best move ever!

  I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I returned their call that let me know my items were ready for installation. After being transferred 3 times I ended with homedepot.com's customer service. My vent hood was ordered by my builder and definitely not from Home Depot. I'm floored that this company couldn't find the order after using my phone number, my address, my builders phone number or their address. Then they had the nerve to tell me my address doesn't exist, like I'm not sitting in my house receiving mail at this address. Get you S*** together!

  Extremely unprofessional and non responsive! Daryl Flood was assigned to my case for water damage caused by Home Depot poorly installing my washing machine. I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone at DFL until I sent an email copying Home Depot, I then instantly received a call. The gentleman was extremely friendly and stated they would repaint my entire kitchen ceiling to avoid having any noticeable spots/touch ups. Well, when the person assigned to do the job contacted me, he had been asked to only do touch up paint and DFL would not answer or return any of my calls. When someone finally did they said they would do the touch up and determine if the whole ceiling needed to be painted. Well guess what? The touch up didn't work and they're now dodging my calls, sending me to voicemail and not helping me. Extremely unprofessional, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
