Packing and unpacking services were not good at all. It was expensive and I expected a little more knowledge. We ended up doing much of the unpacking ourselves. I found a chipped of piece of chalk wrapped up in a very large ball of paper. I found breakables not wrapped up in paper at all. Food packed from the pantry leaked all over everything else in the box making a huge mess and ruining everything else in the box. For the move, we had a 3 man crew. One of the three was 2 hours late. The other 2 wouldn’t do anything until he showed up. But I ended up being charged for that time. 2 of the crew were good. The loader has a horrible attitude from start to finish. He had no idea how to remove the oversized exercise equipment from the old house. Took hours and should have taken 15 minutes. Before the move, they evaluated it and said it would be easy. When they tried to bring it in the house, they damaged the door frame and flooring. I asked him to please be careful and showed him what he was damaging and he said he ain’t paying for that sh@t. I had him just move it back to the garage. What could have been completed in about 10 hours on one day ended up taking about 18 hours. I have called David Moving 3 times for resolution and they keep blowing me off. I’m over it and wrote off the extra money wasted. But we will not refer anyone to this mover.

Although I gave them short notice, David Moving Co was very responsive to my needs. I had originally utilized a local moving company that left me in a bind in the last minute. David Moving Co packers were thorough and efficient and extremely courteous. The movers were on time and careful with my belongings both in the loading and unloading process. They truly went above and beyond and took the stress out of the moving process. I would definitely use them again.
