  Greg our driver was incredibly professional and friendly. He was always available by phone and let us know of any delays or changes to his schedule immediately. The loading crew was very good wrapping and packing our items, and they worked their butts off loading everything in record time!

  When we moved back home after my husband left the military, Day Transfer Co. was in charge of the packing, loading, moving, unloading, and unpacking of our home goods. I have nothing bad to say about the laborers or drivers. We had a big safe in our home to be moved. My husband, father in law, and brother in law were able to move the safe into the house without any damage to the house. In the movement of the safe out of the house, our floor was damaged. This is a home that we own and are trying to get on the market to sell. When we filed a damage report, we were tossed between employees and waiting for responses after multiple emails to them. They tried to say that the damage was already there because of a picture they took of the safe, but there is barely any flooring in that picture and no scratches or other damage to that flooring. That is not where we are saying the damage is. It is to the flooring on the way out of the room. On of the wood panels was lifted and broken off as well. I would not trust them with your home goods because if there is damage, they will not do anything about it. I'm sure they hope that the situation will just go away.

  We had an awesome loading experience today with our driver Cody and his crew. They were all very professional and kind! We have had 8 moves with the military and this was by far the most pleasant!
