I used this company for my move and they worked well. I gave their number to my daughter who specializes in move management and design and would be a great referral source for them. Unfortunately, she recommended them shortly thereafter. The movers never showed to move them. The client was pregnant and you can imagine the stress and strain that occurred. Between my daughter and myself, we made numerous calls, left messages and somehow I found a cell number that took me to the owner. I spoke with the owner who was in Jamaica on vacation. He was very helpful and said we can take of you; reached out to the driver. I received a phone call from the driver and they said they were on the way. They showed up hours later. Now fast forward the same client was moving into their final house and used this company because they promised they were going to make up for the first debacle. Guess what happened? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. How does this happen?

First of all I am very confused about these people. I booked movers through thumbtack from a company listed as "Unlimited Movers". After speaking with someone on the phone I agreed to a deposit of $89. That was listed on my credit card from a company called "All In One". Then Daytime Movers shows up on our moving day. Very confused on who I was hiring. When they were loading up the truck my husband asked them to please wrap our mattress (we even had wrap for them to use) they did not wrap it. They threw it in the truck and the mattress came out of the truck with black stains that we are not able to remove. We then begin to unbox our items and we had a box of wedding gifts and china that had the word "FRAGILE" written on ALL sides of the box in bold letters. Upon opening the box a lot of our wedding china had been shattered to pieces. We wrapped these items very well, they should not have broke. They broke 3 red wine glasses, 2 salad plates, 1 mug, and chipped a vase. My husband called the company and they were not even apologetic about the situation and refused to reimburse us for the cost of the items. This is horrible customer service. I am not happy with this company and wouldn't suggest them to anyone. I am now having to go out and repurchase our wedding china.

We apologize about the box being damaged We was call by another moving company to pick up you last minute moving request that's wats we was told.We can't be responsible for packed by owner boxes.The boxes weren't packed proper and it was explained to you before moving them. We provide over a 1000 moves a year We believe in taking care of our customers.

The quote was quick and easy on the phone. I was impressed with the email and text to follow-up and even a text reminder of moving day. After many moves, I know it is important to give full disclosure on what exactly needs to be moved and if there are any heavy items. There were no surprises. On moving day, 3 men walked the entire house outside and shed with me; they were sweet and polite. As the day progressed, spirits lifted and I could tell they enjoyed helping and liked working with their colleagues. Then a few hours in, 2 more men showed up and that boost of energy, made everyone happy, literal singing and laughter happened throughout the remainder of the move. We moved in June, it’s HOT and then lightning and the rain poured. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire storm. When something broke, it was brought to my attention. It’s impossible to move and not expect things to be damaged or broken but they have a guarantee if anything is damaged. Frankly, I was surprised with as fast as our move was that a lot of things were not broken. No one wants to move but when you need to, you need men that this company hires, they are STRONG and fast. Absolutely recommend and will use them again.
