  What a great experience we had at Dean Safe in Simi Valley! We would HIGHLY recommend Dean Safe for your large or small safe purchase. After doing some research online, it was nice to go "kick some tires" at the store. They had a good selection. But more importantly, we were greeted and taken care of by Mary. She was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and patient. The transaction was easy, the delivery on time, and we are so happy with our purchase.

  Excellent products, very helpful selection advice, professional delivery and installation service, and Mary really went out of her way to assist us. She really knows her safes and their specifications. I don't think there is anyone else in Simi Valley that can outperform Dean Safe in terms of product quality, selection and service!

  Great experience with Dean Safe! Ordered my safe online and was contacted by Dean Safe shortly afterwards by Mary. She called to confirm my order and delivery date/time. Though it was two weeks till my delivery and we just past Black Friday, I noticed that the safe I ordered was now on sale. So I emailed Mary to see if I could receive the discounted price on my safe as I had not taken delivery of it yet. About an hour or so after I emailed her, she called me to confirm my delivery day/time (it was in 2 days) and to inform me that she would refund me the difference between the price I paid for the safe and the sale price! Super stoked on that! On the day of delivery, the delivery guys called me in the morning to give me a heads up on an approximate time they would be arriving. They showed up right when they said they would. The delivery guys were super professional, friendly and efficient! The unloaded the safe, rolled it into my garage, unpacked and removed all the packing materials and pushed my safe into its location. They made sure that it was level and even swapped out the plug for a 90 degree plug so it would sit more flush to the wall. After the safe was in its place, they tested out the lock and gave me a tutorial on changing the code along with some other very helpful tips. I originally ordered a safe from Costco, but if you live in SoCal, I highly recommend you get your safe from Dean Safes as they are super affordable, friendly, professional, and helpful! Give them a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!
