Very satisfied with my experience with Dean Street Storage. I was concerned at first when I could never get anyone on the phone, but took the plunge anyways and was very pleased. The facility is clean, easy to access, very convenient for loading, and I love the automatic lights. I also enjoy the text reminders to pay my bill, and the fact that the facility is accessible from 6:30 AM to 9 PM, which makes it convenient to run by before or after work. If you need a climate controlled unit, this is your place!

Dropped by over a week ago, wandered all over the place trying to find an office to speak to someone. No signage other than what’s out front, doors locked everywhere. So I called and left a voicemail, still not heard from a single person. I guess they really wanted my business.

Because of Covid19, for the health & safety of our guests and our employees we currently are not able to have someone in our office to open to the public.
