  Moving guys (3) from Houston First Movers LLC seemed to know what they were doing loading pre-packed boxes; however, the 50" TV was wrapped with a blanket but not secured properly in the truck or apparently dropped. The TV was working perfectly upon arrival of movers but inside screen was shattered upon delivery. Also bookcase what broken in half before even getting on the truck in trashed. Phone call made to Manager upon delivery of condition of items. Told to call back after attempting to get working. Direct phone calls since have gone unanswered; even Deer Park Movers listened to complaint, said they would connect me direct to "Ricky" with Houston First Movers LLC but left hanging with no connection. Prior rating was right on, wish I had seen it before.

  Very unprofessional company to hire for any movement needs. Their staff is only hired to meet their daily commitments (two of them were pick up at a Home Depot) making them unaware of the type of furniture, appliances or the steps to take to move from A to B with efficiency. Our experience with this folks has been very negative, damaged refrigerator (to the point that we had to get a new refrigerator),furniture and even the brand new house that we moved to. And what to say about their customer service...Very fitting of their performance in the field. A third world company to take care of your needs and not the kinda people that you will want to handle your valuables.
