  Deliveright was supposed to deliver the sofa I ordered through Maiden Home. They received it and several weeks later reached out to schedule delivery, arrived on the arranged day, and said they could not bring it in because they had broken off a leg. Maiden Home promptly shipped me a replacement leg, and then there were many, many weeks of waiting on the sofa to be redelivered, zero updates, and no information provided when I contacted them. THREE MONTHS after they originally received my sofa and a full two months after I had received the leg replacement, they said my sofa was at the wrong shipping terminal and needed to be transferred before it could be delivered. Considering I had reached out weekly during this time, there were so many opportunities to make any necessary changes and/or contact me. I can't report on the final delivery because the delivery process had gone on so unacceptably long that I finally requested my order for this custom sofa be cancelled.

  Furniture was delivered during the 4 hour delivery window. Communication leading up to delivery was great. I was told a date, then a few days later, they called to offer me a date 2 weeks sooner. I was very happy about that. I confirmed my delivery window the day before scheduled delivery. The driver did not call 30 minutes before arrival, but he said he had no cell service. They set up the sofa where I asked them to and took all of the packaging and trash with them. Other than not calling 30 minutes ahead of time, they did a great job. I'm glad I happened to be home when they arrived.

  Delivery team did an excellent job. They were on time and called with an arrival time. They moved furniture through the house and were very careful not to damage anything. Great Job!!! Rodney B. In the NC mountains
