I used them for storage for years. Half the time you could never reach anyone when you called the business number. And then when you did they were rude. They don't have any security, my storage unit actually ended up getting broken into. I strongly advise against using Demorest city storage.

Ms. Weaver, thank you for your feedback on our business. We apologize for this very unfortunate experience that you had. We changed owners in December of 2018, so our current owners weren’t aware of any break ins prior to the change in ownership and there are no police reports from our property filed with the courthouse, so please send that to [email protected] so that we can address these concerns directly.

I’ve used a 3 other storage facilities. The prices were outrageous compared to Demorest City Storage. The new owner is great. He always calls me back and has been very accommodating.
