  Had an excellent experience with the Packing Pros movers. We had a bit of a family crisis and needed to move my grandfather very quickly. Indeed, it was a very stressful situation for the family but they came in and were professional, friendly and they worked very quickly. It was a huge relief to have such great help while we were feeling so exhausted and vulnerable. Even on the phone setting it up, Elle was very helpful finding us the time that worked for our very tight schedule, and then following up with all pertinent info. They also took Covid safety precautions seriously and that also was great for peace of mind.

  I recently used DFW Packing Pros to move my belongings from storage into my new home. Everything about the process was smooth and the customer service was top notch. The two-man crew that handled the move, Maio and Vincent were very efficient, well-mannered and extremely professional. They completed the move in 3 hours and exhibited great teamwork between them in doing so.

  Moving can be one of the most stressful times but DFW Packing Pros was amazing at getting me to my new place. I've never hired a professional moving service before (always was a DIY or have friends help) and Elle in sales was perfect and helped get me set up for my move. On the day of my move, I received a call from the movers, Dustin and Maio, letting me know they finished their other move early, and to see if I was ok with them coming over early. They were fast and efficient, and well worth the reasonable cost compared to having friends help you move. It saved my back, my stress levels, and just made it incredibly easy. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be using you for any future moves.
