  They did a great job! The young men who did our move were very professional, capable, and accommodating. Also, the price was very affordable and definitely a good value overall. I have moved a few times with professionals, and this was the best experience I've had so far. We had to go to three pick up places plus the drop off destination, and they worked VERY fast. Yet, they were very careful with the furniture and didn't bump the walls once. Also, we moved a piano, and I had them adjust it two different times, and they didn't complain once. It was service with a smile and a good, friendly experience overall. They were recommended to me by a co-worker, and I will definitely be reccomending them to others myself!

  From start to finish, the whole team at Diamond Movers was super professional, courteous and efficient. The simple online estimate process was a breeze, as well as creating our itemized belongings list. The crew totally made the move much easier to handle and I would recommend them to anyone.

  We were given a quote after a video call of what was needed to move and in comparison to other companies their rate was competitive. We asked over the phone about tips, as it seemed to be a problem with workers asking for them in some reviews, but the owner assured that it was optional. We ultimately decided to go with them because of the high ratings they received on Yelp. We unfortunately did not have a great experience for several reasons. -It's understandable that things can break during a move but when packing and moving fragile things, most people would be careful, but our mirror was found broken and our artwork was just thrown in with the rest of the boxes in the truck. We were credited for the shattered vanity mirror, but since we aren't fully unpacked, we don't know what else from our belongings are damaged/broken. Their placement of things in the truck was not in a strategic or organized manner. -Charge was $700 over the estimated price, despite the fact that we wrapped, packed and moved at least 75% of our belongings and placed them in the garage to cut down on moving time but that made no difference in lowering the charged amount, which still ended up being even higher than what we were quoted over video call. -Workers left several bottles/trash around for us to clean, where we realized that what they left behind were drinks and trash from our fridge and pantry. After reviewing our security cameras, we have footage of a worker enjoying a drink from our fridge. All of our opened food/drinks had to be thrown away due to not knowing whether or not they've been tampered with. -When a worker realized we had security cameras, he turned one toward the wall, but when confronted about it later, they claimed they didn't want it to get damaged, even though it's a camera that overlooks the bottom floor and is clearly out of the way. -Another mover was outside with two tall boxes (one empty), spending a good amount of time moving his box full of moving blankets into the empty one, then once completing that task, he repeated it again, putting them back into the other box, killing time and avoiding moving any of our belongings. -They took multiple 15 minute breaks and a 1 hour lunch which turned out to be closer to 2 hours, with their excuse of there being "no food places around the area". Breaks are understandable but lateness and excuses are unprofessional. -When paying, they pressured us for a "mandatory 10% minimum tip", but if it was mandatory, it should be automatically charged and included in the quoted price. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and obligated. We do not recommend this company at all.
