  *WARNING* This is the worst company. They will lie cheat and break everything you own. They force you to pay extra than their quotes but not until they have loaded your stuff. Then when the deliver they will not even open the truck until you sign that everything was delivered and was in perfect condition. Don’t do it! We have video of this. We have pictures. Do not believe the good reviews they are subcontractors. They are all lies just trying to get your money. But that is not the worst part. They will lie and tell you they are not a broker… they are. They will lie and tell you all you have to do is ask and we will deliver. They lie. I asked on May 19 paid them that day. I finally got my broken belongings on July 10 th. And only after begging for them. They will scream and belittle you! Their contract is not worth the paper it is written on. Go with anyone else.

  I hired them to move my late father's furniture on June 29, 2021 cross country. These were only the sentimental things that my sister and I wanted to keep forever and all that we had of our father. They took my money and picked it up on July 1, 2021 with a 2 week delivery, after being given the run around through August, all communication ceased. It appears they have disappeared with my money and my late father's memories. Calls are to no avail. I contacted one of the people who picked up my goods and he states he no longer works there nor does he have a number for them. I am filing a police report and as much legal action as possible. I am contacting my bank to see if they do wire fraud as well.

  STAY AWAY. This is the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. They picked up my mother's belongings for a move from California to Georgia on July 7, 2021. It is not October and nothing has been delivered, the company has stopped answering the phone and their attorney is no longer responding. They have all of my mother's possessions, family heirlooms, family photos and my Uncle's ashes and it feels like they have just stolen everything. According to their attorney, Michael Garcia, back in September, the company was a in a dispute with the company that they hired to complete this (and a bunch of other moves). That company has been holding everyone's belongings hostage until that dispute is resolved. The last time I spoke to Mr Garcia, he advised that he had spoke with that company and the company agreed to allow Diamond to retrieve everyone's items. Mr. Garcia asked me to send a copy of my mother's Bill of Lading to him, so that they could identify what property is hers. I provided that and haven't heard a peep since. I've left at least four voicemails, sent emails and called literally a hundred times. No one answers the calls or responds. Do yourself a favor, stay away from these people and this company.
