  It’s a nice place if you don’t have anything that can get ruined from moisture. I called about getting them to fix the exit garage door and they still haven’t fixed it. It’s been open for the past 4-5 months. The only reason I have my stuff their is because I have nowhere else to put it till I find a house. It’s decently priced but I’m sure all my furniture is moldy. They need an exhaust unit to push the moisture out

  Hi Brahm, we appreciate the feedback and do want to clarify a few things. For starters you are absolutely right about the exit door being on the first for way too long. It got hit by a customers oversized truck and We've been trying to get it fixed for months and are awaiting the arrival of the door we ordered. As I am sure you are aware, there are considerable suuy chain disruptions as a result of Covid and other current events. Our hope is that it will be fixed within the next 1-2 weeks. As for the exhaust fan that you recommend, we actually have one that moves 20,000 cubic feet of air per minute (not a typo;). It's a big fan and Costa over $20,000 to install. It's been there since we opened because we know our SC climate is a humid one. Lastly, please do let us know if you have any issues. From the sounds of it, you are assuming that you've got moisture damage without having confirmed that. I'd be surprised if you did given that we haven't had any water issues since replacing the old roof with a brand new one over a year ago. I hope you find at least some reassurance in our reply and please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly in the future if there is anything that we can help you with.

  Really mixed feelings ...buildings are not labeled, so very difficult to find your spot. Then they make you carry their ins. And finally they chg you a 10.00 cleaning fee when you leave, however the main corridor was filthy with dirt, trash and spilled soda which i had to walk thru to axcess my unit!

  This is the best safest cheapest secure storage I recommend it ! You can drive your car inside or truck code to get in code to get out plenty of cameras and 24/7 look no further this is the best !
