  They arrived on time. The unpacking of my containers went very smoothly. Furniture unwrapped & placed in their proper rooms. They deserve 10 stars

  Have not moved yet, but already have problems. Signed an agreement for a snapmove with guaranteed delivery date, now find out they can't give a guaranteed delivery date and instead I have a 6 day spread. While I understand the complexities of moving, especially now, nothing was said about a lengthy delivery window until after I signed.

  Dircks was a great choice for my cross country move. My estimator was prompt, the packing staff was great, and the movers were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and they were accommodating of how I wanted my stuff packed and where I wanted unloaded when it was delivered. There was about a 2-week turnaround time for my stuff to get from one place to another, but I was moving during one of the busiest seasons and they were still within the quoted time. My moving coordinator Michelle was the best. She guided me through the process, answered my questions, and continually followed up to make sure that everything was going according to plan. Truly a great experience and I would use them again in the future.
