I've honestly never been treated with less respect from a business. With the changes from the previous property managers to now- no one in an office any time of any day - all remote- if you need help. Never a late payment and years of loyal commitment to this facility and I'm locked out suspended for a lease that needs signed. A lease that I previously signed. Same day. No warning. Locked out. 6 days locked out and refused reimbursement for 6 days that I paid not permitted into my unit. All of a sudden this company decides that they need to audit people and have new leases drawn up from the previous property manager apparently and locks you out until you sign a lease. No warning. Then you have to jump through hoops to talk to somebody about it because it's hard to get someone on a phone that knows what they are doing.. go elsewhere. You've been warned.
