  I had a really good experience with Dawn and her crew. They were prompt and polite. The furniture was moved to the next location with no damage. The guys kept moving and did everything that was asked of them. There was a slight incident with my window at my home but Dawn took care of that no questions asked and what was very impressive was her crew reported immediately. I had no worries that day. They are a really good, responsible and courteous company. I highly recommend them. Mary Poffenberger

  I got stuck in predicament when my moving company had to cancel 48 hours out from my move due to Covid taking out their team, and Dawn was able to get me on their schedule and accommodate my tricky move that included a few nights of storage! Many of the other places I called weren't available or didn't return my messages. She was responsive and there every step of the way. The guys that came out to do the job were absolutely fantastic to work with. Jonathan was there for both legs and he couldn't have a better work ethic or attitude. I will recommend this company to any friends or family looking for a moving company, and already have!

  Terrible business. Quoted a price of 175.00 an hour for a truck and 3 guys. I initially felt that was a great price. The day of the move I was quoted a different price upon arrival which was 125.00 an hour. It was due to one of the guys being new is what the lead guy told me. The move took much longer than the estimated time and that would make sense when you have a new person being one of the three guys. DJ Moving Company showed up at 9AM and left around 930AM. When I went to pay once they were done the lead guy had Dawn on speaker phone. He went through all the pricing of the 125.00 an hour and she told him that was wrong. He asked Dawn "what do you want me to do? I already told the customer 125.00 an hour". She replied "it doesn't matter". It's the 175.00 an hour. I normally don't leave reviews because I know how important they are on a business to succeed but this was needed. I have a picture of the paper with the quote when they arrived. I am sure it doesn't match now since he had to scratch out the quote he gave me at time of arrival and charge me a different price.

  Hi Mr. Bryce, We are terribly sorry that you felt that your move and/or rates were unfair. You contracted us for three men with one truck and that is what we provided. I just double checked your contract to be sure of that. You can always contact me directly by phone or email regarding your concerns as this is the first I heard of any issues. Jon was confused about not charging for the 3rd man because on the previous days move, we had two extras out there and certainly would not charge the customer for the extra men. There wevent extras on your move, that's why it was still the three man rate, not the two man rate. If you feel that the third man was not an equal to the crew, you can certainly address that with me directly. Thank you very much and I hope you have a great day.
