  After a long day and a major mix up between my insurance and a different towing company, I was connected with G and S towing. I don't typically go out of my way to do reviews but I really think it should be noted how kind, helpful and pleasant my tow truck driver was. His name was Jay and he was very helpful, had a smile on his face even though it's cold outside and I just really appreciated the pleasantry. Thank you Jay for making my evening a little better with your great service and attitude!

  My son got his car stuck in the snow. My insurance company's roadside assistance claimed they couldn't find anyone to help him. I called these guys and they went out right away and helped him. They winched him out of the snow quickly and without incident. They were friendly, helpful, and did everything needed to get him out of there and on his way. As a mother, that is all I wanted someone to do. It was an added bonus that they were so nice and professional to boot. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend them and would use them again! You won't be disappointed. I asked them to email me a receipt so I could file a claim with my insurance company and it was in my email first thing this morning. They are on top of business all the way around.

  First, to the Owner: Thank you for being very responsive when I called with the concern. Second Thank you so much to the second driver who came to our Rescue! You were a gem! However, Third and foremost, to the first driver… Wow thank god I was there, the way you spoke to me and my niece when we got upset after we asked you not to drive the vehicle, which was not even needed, you did what you wanted causing far more damage to our vehicle. Then proceed to curse at us and leave us on the side of the road. I hope no one ever trays your wife, daughter or mother the way you treated us… I hope you are super proud of yourself!
