Dohrn has come a long way in a short time. It has succeeded where so many LTL carriers have not. Even during the pandemic, Dohrn was able to raise the bar and set new standards in success. They're moving the shipment, which is fine, but from this terminal to Chicago is a 2 day transit, not 1, as their transit time calculator suggests. Their Chicago deliveries come from their Rock Falls terminal, which is hours away from the city, so their Chicago availability is extremely limited. I will likely use a different carrier for the next shipment to Chicago from the warehouse from which this came.

April 19th severely damaged a shipment and 60 days later Illinois headquarters still has not sent anyone to inspect nor have they acknowledged the multiple notices from the BBB. Tried to claim it was not their fault and they'd "look into it" - only to never reply to me again. Also tried to claim additional $75 fee for residential to a verified commercial business. HORRIBLE!! Still waiting for my damage check on a $6,000 HVAC geothermal system they damaged. Avoid them and FreightQuote who schedules through them!
