There is something seriously wrong with some of your officers. They are in desperate need of sensitivity training. I have never been treated as badly by law enforcement as I was by them. I have never seen a more flagrant abuse of power in my entire life. It was absolutely abhorrent and disgusting behavior. They are power tripping steroid packed creeps unworthy of wearing the badge. Awful. I’ve never been more threatened or afraid in my life. I will not EVER call these people again. I don’t care what the emergency is. BE CAREFUL calling this agency if you need help. You may end up in the back of a police car Bc that’s all they’re trying to do is arrest people. Absolutely disgusting behavior. They actually seemed DISAPPOINTED that they couldn’t arrest someone in the situation I was going through. I called them for help and all they did was scare us. Shame on you all. Shame, shame, shame.

I just had the misfortune of watching a YouTube video wherein one of your officers, ABELL, literally violated a citizen's First Amendment rights to the nth degree. It was awful. His attitude while doing so was immature and juvenile. He is one that definitely needs retraining or better yet fired before he gets your department into even worse situations. The officer that was with him, who knew he was wrong and knew he was violating rights also needs to be retrained in stepping up if you see a BAD cop being BAD (like Abell). I hope the citizen sues your officer and city. Unfortunately, the taxpayers lose because Abell refused to lose.
