  They lock the water shut off valves, $50 to unlock if your house is flooding and it will cost $750 to add your own valve. Worst service ever.

  I recently moved into the state and with EVERYTHING being so different than I was use to, I was very relieved after speaking to the customer service department. They were helpful in not only navigating me through their process but also in helping me figure out what other services I needed to contact. Thank you!

  I had a great customer service experience with Dorchester County Water Authority. I had to call the office to solve a problem that was 100% my fault, but the customer service representative I spoke with, her name is Angela, was SO helpful and nice. She walked me through every step and was extremely polite and courteous throughout the call. So nice, in fact, that I felt compelled to speak to her supervisor, who was also just as lovely by the way, and to leave this review.
