  Unprofessional timeliness & work. Moved from AZ in summer of 2021 and was less than impressed with their packing services. Two young gentlemen and one older gentlemen were in charge of packing all our items, our 65 inch plasma tv was packed completely wrong. We received our household goods in our new home and were irritated to find our tv is no longer serviceable with multiple cracks on the screen and a broken corner. We also found a couple other damages to two other bedroom furniture pieces. Overall, the company handling our delivery provided MUCH better etiquete as well as a thorough system of inventorying our belongings as we received them when compared to DOSS. Do not recommend for military families.

  The absolutely worse company. You have to call them to get any update. My household goods were a week late. I get that they can’t control that. But when they did get them I didn’t receive them for 2 days later. And the day they were supposed to arrive the give you a block window and came towards the end of that. Again they give you no update. And they just hold on to your stuff not caring on how bad you need. I will be going to the Transportation office on Fort Huachuca and provide everything that happen so the Army can stop using this company. Deserve to be out of business.

  Mr. Pinto, We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration associated with the delivery of your house hold goods. We understand how important it is to feel at home after a transition. As you stated in your review, we are not able to make an appointment for delivery until your carrier has been made aware of its arrival to our warehouse. When this criteria has been met, our staff, in coordination with the carrier and the member, schedule the next available date to safely and efficiently proceed with delivery. In this case, your delivery was in transit much longer than anticipated. Our staff has been in contact with you over the past week, keeping you updated on the change in ETA made by the carrier. We were optimistic that offering the soonest date with the earliest time frame to accommodate for the dissatisfaction would be enough to turn your experience around. Our team works diligently to provide quality service and customer care in all aspects of your moving needs. As we have not yet exhausted our window of agreement, it remains our goal to deliver your home goods today between the hours 8-12, once our available crew arrives back from El Paso. As promised, we will continue to keep you updated on any changes in scheduling. We hope that you find some comfort in knowing that we are striving to provide you with the best service during our busiest time of year.

  When they showed up to move me I was delighted to see about 4 big strong handsome boys at my door. What can I say I'm a single lonely lady so having all these Mexican Latin men with muscles in my home was quite a turn on. But they were professional and didn't break anything . I will definigly be calling my Latin loves next time I need to move... Or maybe sooner ,, wink.
