  Horrible experience and still dealing with it a year later. 1st did not show on time said they were running behind I had to keep contacting them for updates. Then contacted to say they had to cancel or reschedule so we rescheduled for next day they were late then helper had to leave leaving my husband to help owner load and we still paid full price then owner slid into our garage of the house we just sold promised to pay for the 2,323 in damage still has not! Been trying to give him a chance well no more.

  Avoid at all costs. owner was s dishonest. He caused over $1000 in damage to my Garage after he ran into it with his truck, still has not paid for the damage after promising to do so. His helper bailed after the 1 st hour so I ended up doing 1/2 the work I hired him to do. This is a day later after he cancelled on us.

  Our contract was from 10-12. They showed up at 9:30 without any notice. We weren't ready at 9:30. I spoke with the manager, who claimed that the clock started at 9:30 because they gave us notice, but they hadn't. When I pointed that out, his argument changed to that the truck should have been there. We didn't have our trailer until 10:30. The workers refused to do any work until the truck showed up, even though we asked them to move things to the driveway. They refused and sat in their PT Cruiser for an hour. The kid with curly hair was really rude the entire time. It was like we were doing him a disservice by hiring them. They moved a very small amount of things in the 1 hour that they were actually working. Then, they left at 11:30. Their boss said they couldn't stay until 12 because they had another job to go to. We had contracted them from 10-12. I want a complete refund. I've never had such a terrible experience in any business context, retail or anything, whether I was the worker or the person paying. I would have been much better off paying literally anyone from Craiglist to help us move. 10 year old kid would have been more help. Literally anyone else. Literally hire anyone else. They also didn't bring masks. I gave them each masks to wear which they wore around their necks and did not cover their mouth or nose. They also scratched up the stairs, seemingly having dragged furniture down the stairs. Hire anyone but this company.
