  The ABSOLUTE worst moving experience ever!!!! They were scheduled to arrive at 10am but showed up at 6pm!!! No call!! When I called them the owner kept saying the job they were on before mine was taking longer than they planned. But 8 hours???? I had no choice but to use them because my lease was up that day. I was suppose to have 3 guys. 2 young guys and an older guy (with a serious attitude) showed up and all the attitude dude did was direct the younger 2. So needless to say there was 2 movers. I used Cardinal Movers prior to this move and they provided 2 movers, set everything up (beds,etc). I paid Cardinal $700+ with DZ movers I paid the same price although they were 8 hours late and didn’t set any beds up because that would’ve took more time and cost more money. When I told the guy with the attitude I should get some type of discount he said “Yeah good luck with that”. And said I was lucky to be moving that day because they had 2 other jobs scheduled after me that wouldn’t get done. Totally unprofessional, completely unreliable and definitely the worse. This company needs to shut down immediately!!

  The movers were quick, focused and polite. They packed up my apartment quickly and efficiently, and were very aware of my wants and needs with my stuff. Scheduling was simple, and the rates were very fair. Definitely will hire them again in the future if I need.

  Very disappointed and do not recommend for multiple reasons - they didn’t wrap up our white couch and it arrived very dirty - they ran over our mailbox at the new house and didn’t tell us or take accountability - Our baby crib is was not wrapped, it is all scratched up. They spent an extended time working to put it back together and apparently gave up on it so the mattress has been sideways in it since. I’ve had to call asking them to fix this multiple times over the last two weeks and they still haven’t come out to fix it. - several pieces of furniture were covered in debris including our two baby crib mattresses which they put in the cribs like nothing was wrong. The level of care the men took to do a good job was negligible.
