  "I used this company to move my piano, bed and bed frame, end tables and a few boxes. I didn't need to use their truck because I moved across the street and it should have been easy. They showed up close to three hours late and damaged my belongings during the move. I have (had) two mirrored end tables that were scratched and cracked because of their carelessness. Each end table was over $300, and when I looked for a replacement, they were no longer available. I reached out to Judy (their manager) to see if they could offer some financial assistance with new end tables. I found floating shelves that were $35 a piece, so instead of a $700+ replacement fee, they were going to send me a check for $80. I was trying to be reasonable and understanding. Judy wrote the check, took a picture of it and sent it to me, and assured me that the check would be in the mail by the end of the day. It's been 6 weeks, and I still haven't received the check. I have contacted her twice and she is now actively ignoring me. They also cracked the hard wood flooring in my old apartment in the process of moving my piano, and I lost $200 of my deposit. I paid them $350 for two hours of work, and they damaged close to $1000 worth of property. They are dishonest and careless, I recommend looking elsewhere."
