Arrived today with my parents from Texas guaranteed that the manager would be here after paying for my storage until. Was highly disappointed to be left standing outside waiting at 12:00pm on a Saturday with a lock on the unit they rented. Called the emergency number to get the message see you Monday. Thank goodness nothing horrible was happening, absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them for your storage needs.

The owner is nice, but the set up of the facility is horrendous. You can ruin your car just from pulling into the back gate one time. Be very careful. The roads driving up to your lockers are the worst I ever seen. An employee actually seemed to not know what I was talking about when I brought it to her attention, meanwhile the problem is quite obvious. Will certainly be my last time doing business at this location.

Kevin, this is the first time a customer has ever complained about the back area. In fact we have large Uhaul and Penske trucks drive back there and our manager drives a small Toyota car and never has their been issues up until this point with any of our customers or manager's vehicle back there. We are scratching our heads at this concern. However, we will look into this further and see what can be done to make this a more positive experience and if necessary resolve as best possible. I know we gave you 50% off and even waters as you were moving into your unit. We appreciate your business but feel your review is harsh considering this is not a common concern brought up by any of our customers over 20+ years. We wish you the best but your review just seems a little uncalled for. To Customers reading this, know that we value our customers more than anything and we take great care of our customers.
