  My first delivery of time-sensative medical supplies arrived on time and efficiently. Both members of today's delivery team were focused yet friendly. The reminder phone call, prior to delivery, was welcomed even though not needed for this 60 lb.+ box of supplies today. I look forward to continued service in this vein for several weeks. I received good, old fashioned business service. This week Grant came to my rescue. Seems the weekly food infusion was "misplaced" by Gold Streak Air Cargo. Grant was immediately on top of getting this crucial shipment tracked down. He also kept me informed of the progress. (He was even willing to contact the supplier for an alternate solution. Impressive in my book!) Thankfully the supplies were found and a second trip to Gold Streak was required. Grant picked up and delivered my husband's medical supplies personally. He was also willing to deliver an alternate supply on Saturday (his day off) if necessary. Integrity!

  I needed 3200 lbs of flooring picked up at Costo and delivered to my house. Exceptional customer service. Scheduling was a breeze (thank you Grant) and the delivery guys worked hard. Two thumbs up.
