  This is the worst moving companies in the United States. They quote one price in their contract for a local move and then after the fact add additional charges that cannot be substantiated.For a local they charged about $1200. In addition they have a verbally aggressive foreman that I have ever experienced. The foreman holds your stuff ransom, instigated random fees and surcharges for example a five percent fee for paying with credit card.They arrived very late then their scheduled time given and puts a different time in the paper. When I got my estimate, it was extremely detailed and accurate. They forced me to pay extra more than the estimate even though their extra charges were fraudulent and inaccurate per whatever amount the foreman verbally stated. I was so scared and panicked because I did not want to have any problems and I had important appointment so I signed the form he gave me at the end so they would leave. Emails and calls were made the the office and the owner (Eli) to dispute the additional charge that I was forced to make because of the foreman. The owner himself calls me rude while he was very unprofessional, rude himself, very aggressive, denied my complaint and completely aligned with the foreman’s false charges. He clearly did not want to address the issue so I will be reporting this to the BBB. I should have pay attention to the negative reviews prior to hiring them. Eagle made my move an even more stressful experience than it already had been.

  I just received a call from this company on a quote for my move and the representative was incredibly unprofessional. He wouldn't stop talking long enough to let me speak, started bashing other companies when I told him I was getting quotes, and even hung up on me. I don't understand all the attitude just to receive a quote. I'll never know if this is a good moving company or not because your rep ruined the whole experience.

  Team Otis, Kendall and Yaya are the best! You guys are highly recommended by friends and they are all right. This is the first time we moved from state to state, it stresses me a lot just thinking how to move so many things out of state but Team Otis made it less stressful and possible. They are all dedicated and passionate to their work. It was a whole day work for them but they still put the effort, hard work and compassion to make us feel relieved that the move will be smooth. They took care of our things professionally and handled the job like a pro! I only say great words for the kind of work they've done.
