  Couldn’t have been happier with going with this company for our move. They were really easy with booking, not very many questions asked by them which made it really easy to schedule my move. The movers that came out were Diego and Ethan, they had my whole apartment loaded, and unloaded in under 1.5 hours including drive time, the other companies were estimating 4-4.5 hours for my move. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever encountered, I will be continuing to use East Coast for my upcoming moves, thanks Brian!

  These guys were excellent. Very fair price. The 2 guys, Ethan and Frat, arrived within the agreed timeframe and completed the move in the estimated time. They were professional, careful, and went above and beyond. I will not use any other company for future moves and highly recommend. In the initial phase of scheduling/booking, I spoke with Brian who was extremely helpful. Wonderful experience! Kudos to Ethan and Frat, as well as Brian.

  Just one thing kept us from giving this local company a 5-star rating. Instead, that one thing resulted in a 1-star rating. Despite the friendly, courteous, careful, hard work that these movers did, they made a mistake and their company was not responsible or creative in finding a way to fix the mistake, leaving us paying for an unfinished move. The mistake was simply that they forgot to load the boxes and items we had pre-packed and stacked inside the garage. Those things were prepared for transport just like all of our belongs: sorted, boxes packed and labeled, and all stacked together in each room waiting for the movers to transport them to a storage unit in town. We had walked the movers through each room, including the garage, when they arrived and that's how they loaded things - room by room. When we got back to the house today to clean it, we saw that none of the boxes in the garage had been put on the truck. They were all left behind. When we called asking for those items to be moved in the next 3 days before closing, we were told it was impossible to do that, as the crews already had their assignments for the next week and no one was available to finish our job. In a couple of weeks we'll be moving to our permanent location and had already told East Coast Moving that we wanted them to do that move, too. We like supporting local businesses. Now, of course, we'll find someone else.

  Good afternoon Brenda, I would like to start off by saying that we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused although the 2 assigned movers for your move were Ethan and Diego, I asked them personally this morning if this is what had occurred on the morning of your move and they both said that once they arrived at your home you walked them room to room showing them what all was going and what all was staying (hence not everything in the home was being moved), they said that you failed to mention anything about the boxes that were being moved from your garage. One of our policies are once the team is done loading your home before heading to your new location they inform the customer the status of the truck, whether there is still room left or not, they informed you letting you know that there was still room left on the truck and if anything else needed to be moved they are able to, you said, “Nope, you guys got everything.” We tried making it right by sending another crew out to get the rest of your boxes but we don’t have any availability til the following week since you called us on Friday, we weren’t able to schedule a crew that short notice and you said that it would not work for you.
