An excellent experience. Highly recommended. Rented a small indoor climate-controlled unit for several months. Everything was clean and modern. 24h access was a must and never a problem. Bridget in the office was so kind and professional, receiving many packages for me and holding them for sometimes a couple weeks until I made my next visit to the area. Thanks again!!

It really annoys me when I go there to pay my bill and no one is in the office even though I show up when it's supposed to be open. On one occasion, I ran into another customer who was having the same problem and who was late with his payment. On the good side, there is a security gate and it's hard for anyone to trespass. The premises is clean. They offer temperature controlled units.

I didn't just create "25 random reviews". I only reviewed places I have been. I am a customer and currently rent a storage unit there. If you are indeed the owner, a quick search of my name in your database would have revealed that. I rated it three stars because the same size storage unit is $30 more than when I rented in intervale three years ago. Also, the last two times I've been there (several weeks apart) , the security gate has been open. When I went during office hours and after calling in order to open the unit, the office was locked and I had to call and wait for someone to show up.

They are a report card of my employees and my life.
