Update: The owner contacted me today and is refunding the overpayment. He was very polite and helpful. He explained the gate problems were due to a lightening issue. Rude employees happen. I have the uptmost respect for owners/mgt that step-up to take corrective actions. Thank you! Most unorganized, mismanaged, bad attitude business in Morristown. Gate code would not work. No one would answer calls even though it was during business hours. I even paid what the gate said I had to pay (even though I was paid in full) - it still wouldn't open. Cost me a $500 sale of an item I had in storage. Then when I asked for a refund of the extra payment, management refused.

My friend was a little upset but kept apologizing to the woman he was talking to on the phone. Even though he kept apologizing, when it seemed like he wasn't really being mean to the woman, the manager got on and started yelling at him and was very vicious and rude.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We moved our things out and notified management. They still charged us for the next month. They have promised to return our $79 several and it has been 3 months now and no refund. Small claims court is my next step
