  I recently cleared out my storage unit after renting it for two years. The staff has always been respectful. Emma from office staff was very polite as she assisted me in the final out process. If I ever need to rent a storage unit in the future EWMS will be my first stop. Thank you!

  Was looking for a storage unit today and called these guys up. Got transferred to a call center in India. Won't be doing business with a local company that doesn't hire local office staff.

  I would never suggest anyone to ever use them. They are to high priced. And they don't know how to treat people. They kicked me out saying I had a bunch of garbage outside of my unit when I was barely there. When I asked them about it the guy was rude. We also rented a uhaul from them and the check engine light was on and we had said something to them about it and all the guy did was shrugged and said thats uhaul for you. They don't care about anything but money.
