This was the worst move I’ve ever experienced!!! Not only did they damage my things, the movers kept some of my items.I called them less than 5 minutes after they left and of course they didn’t answer. They piled everything up in my living room and didn’t set anything up. I paid them 1500.00 to move me from Beaumont Tx to Pasadena Tx. A 2 bedroom apartment. I don’t have a problem paying, what I do have a problem with is them damaging and stealing my belongings and the company not compensating me. I called the company the next morning to informed them of what had taken place. They were supposed to be taking care of it and I’m still waiting. Here are a few pictures of the damages.

I had to move my stuff in storage quickly. When I called I needed someone to come help me same day. They were fully booked but Tracy said she would try to help me and she sure did call me back said her movers would be up at the office within 30 minutes then head to my location. She sent some strong young men who moved my 2 bedroom into my storage in 2 and a half hours. I was amazed by how fast and cautious they were. Thank you EkoMovers for helping me.
