El Paso Car Transport shipped my son's Ford F150 from Miami to here. The customer service was always available and super friendly. All the dates we were told came out real. The transportation itself took 5 days. Car was in a good condition, no scratches or damages. Will use them again in the future.

Everything was smooth and tension free. I have my car shipped from Texas to Washington. Pickup was handled very easily. Drop off was a bit more difficult though, as they gave me an estimated time of arrival for very early in the morning but didn't show up until several hours later. Anyways, it arrived safe and undamaged.

I submitted quotes on different websites. Once If found the best one, I contacted them directly. There was apparently some difficulty locating a carrier to take my car to El Paso which resulted in delayed pickup and delivery. I thought they would be able to provide me with a delivery date and time. However, pickup happened outside the window given on the initial quote. The driver did an inspection of the vehicle to make note of any existing damage. I felt I didn't have much choice to hire other company at that point except allowing them to ship it. My brand new vehicle (under 500 miles) got no single scratch on it, so I was on hand when he did the inspection. A friend of mine met the driver at the delivery location. The driver was open about allowing him to inspect the car when it arrived - not a scratch on it. I wish they were able to specify pick up and drop off arrangements since the customer is paying for the service which is not cheap at all.

The pickup was delayed because your car was inoperable which required some more time and tools to load it into the trailer and unload it upon delivery.
