A friend referred Elate Moving Co to my husband and me for our upcoming interstate relocation. I interviewed 5 moving companies in all, but having her referral put Elate ahead from the start. When their pricing came in slightly lower than the rest and they were using only one truck (instead of two as one mover had quoted), the decision was clear. We hired Elate to both pack and move our 2-bed, 2-bath apartment including basement storage, deck furnishings and a console piano. They did so with utmost efficiency and care. Vladimir's team was superb on both ends of our move, communicative and well-organized. If I have any critique it's that they went rather heavy on the packaging paper, but better safe than sorry. It was also a pleasure to work with Nick initially to set up the move and the billing. We would hire Elate again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends and family in the meantime. Bravi!

My storage company highly recommended my using Elate to move my belongings into their storage facility. Alex accurately assessed that the amount of boxes would fit the storage unit. Giorgi and Nick were slightly EARLY to pick up my belongings, which was fabulous. They were friendly, professional, and knew how to stack the boxes perfectly in the space at the storage facility. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELATE!

My husband and I recently moved from NYC to Toronto and, while we'd been planning the move for a while, Covid posed several challenges—namely that we had to quarantine in Canada for 14 days before our stuff arrived. Meaning we had to leave our apartment as it was and have the movers pack up EVERYTHING without us present. Elate Moving went above and beyond. They packed up everything so carefully, labeled all of the boxes, and even took down curtains and ceiling lights from our 18 ft ceilings. Nothing was broken, there wasn't one hiccup, and they arrived on time to our NYC apartment AND to our house in Toronto. And they were also the most reasonable quote we got! It was the most painless move we've ever done. If you can, request Slava and his crew. They were amazing and we can't recommend them highly enough.
